Rupt takes a bold step towards a greener tomorrow by exclusively using recycled materials in all of our products, such as recycled ABS, recycled stainless steel, recycled PC, recycled polyester, and more, to create products that stand the test of time. Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide you with the highest quality goods while significantly reducing our ecological footprint. By utilizing recycled materials, we diminish the need for new resource extraction, thereby minimizing the disruptive impact on our precious environment.
But it doesn't stop there. Rupt goes above and beyond by ensuring that every product is Carbon Neutral. Guided by the principle of "what you can't measure, you can't improve," we are implementing a cradle-to-gate product carbon footprint calculation. We believe in full transparency, and thus, we will publish the CO2 emissions at every stage of a product's life — from raw material extraction to manufacturing, packaging production, transportation, and storage.
Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging as well. Rupt has revolutionized the concept of packaging by creating intelligent second-life uses for every box. Transforming from a mere container to functional objects, our packaging not only enhances your living space but also significantly reduces waste sent to landfills. Moreover, Rupt's dedication to environmental responsibility is evident in our choice of FSC certified materials for all packaging, ensuring that our products are crafted from responsibly sourced wood fiber. We are committed to providing added value to our customers, we believe in making the planet a better place with each use.
Join Rupt in embracing a lifestyle that not only enhances your daily experiences but also contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly world.
CARBON NEUTRALITY
At Rupt we carbon offset all the CO2 emissions of all of our products by helping finance the King County Forest Carbon Program.
As of 2020, the project has acquired 96 parcels totaling 514 hectares and will continue to add more as the project progresses. Run by the King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP), this project is using carbon financing to accelerate the purchase of additional parcels of land that are at risk of clearing for rural residential development or commercial timber harvest.
