Artwork Policy: Rupt relies on all distributors to hold licenses and approval for the usage of artwork, images, likeness of brands and corporations of which they submit orders on behalf of. Rupt is not responsible for maintaining the documentation of art approvals via distributors.

Warranty Policy: At Rupt, we stand by the quality of our products.

• Tech Products: 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
• Drinkware: 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
• Backpacks: 3-year manufacturer’s warranty

If your item qualifies under warranty, we’ll cover shipping and send you a replacement promptly.

Refund Policy: For products purchased directly from Rupt and deemed misprinted, customers are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. However, certain restrictions may apply to special promotions or clearance items.
