Policies

Fulfillment Policy: Orders will be fulfilled upon receipt of all necessary order elements including; shipping address, shipping account, approved artwork, and payment.

Artwork Policy:Rupt relies on all distributors to hold licenses and approval for the usage of artwork, images, likeness of brands and corporations of which they submit orders on behalf of. Rupt is not responsible for maintaining the documentation of art approvals via distributors.

Refund Policy:For products purchased directly from Rupt and deemed defective, customers are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. However, certain restrictions may apply to special promotions or clearance items.
