It all started with a conversation. One of our customers mentioned RIPL after working with them on a MetLife project that caught the industryβs attention. Then, Stacy Stahl, founder of Sweeter Cards, our first Rupt Ventures investment, told us we needed to check them out. The more we learned, the more we saw that RIPL wasnβt just another promo supplier. They were on a mission.
Founded by Leo Bellis-Jones, RIPL Goods is a certified B Corporation built around a simple yet powerful idea: promotional products should create meaningful change. Every item in their line funds one of three critical impact programs, providing jobs for plastic collectors in coastal communities, protecting rainforests, or supporting childrenβs education. This isnβt sustainability as a buzzword; itβs action with measurable results.

Fast forward to Hong Kong, where Jason and Mike finally sat down with Leo for dinner. What started as a casual meeting quickly turned into a deep dive into the future of promo. Leoβs passion for making an impact was contagious, and by the end of the night, one thing was clear, this was a brand we wanted to back.
