Rupt Design Lab Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information the Rupt Design Lab (rupt.com/pages/design-lab) collects, how we use it, and how you can have it deleted. It adds to our main Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • Contact details you enter: your name, company, work email, country and state, and (if you send an order request) your phone number, quantities, timing and message.
  • Brand inputs: your brand name and website, any links you add, the logo and images you upload or that we pull from your website, your brand colors and the design direction you describe.
  • Your designs: the concept images the Design Lab creates for you, and any lookbooks you share.
  • Sharing and voting: if you share designs by email, the recipient's name and email address; if you vote on a shared lookbook, your vote and any name you choose to add.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage events (for example, when you start designing, share or send a request).

How we use it

  • To create your designs. Your logo, brand inputs and design direction are sent to AI image generation service providers that process them on our behalf to produce your concept images.
  • To follow up with you about your designs and potential orders, and to send you the emails you ask for (such as a copy of your designs or a design shared with a teammate).
  • To improve the Design Lab and understand how it is used.
  • To prevent abuse, such as limiting how many designs can be created from one connection.
  • To feature designs in our gallery and marketing, as described when you click Generate.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share Design Lab information only with service providers who help us run it (cloud hosting and storage, AI image generation, email delivery, website analytics and Shopify), and with anyone you choose to share your designs with.

How long we keep it

We keep Design Lab information for as long as needed to provide the Design Lab and follow up on your designs, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

  • Delete your data: email info@rupt.com with the subject "Delete my Design Lab data" from the email address you used in the Design Lab. We will confirm your request and permanently delete your contact details, uploads, designs and lookbooks, and will let you know when it is done.
  • Access or correct your data: email info@rupt.com and we will help.
  • Stop emails: every Design Lab email includes an unsubscribe link.
