What is a Rupt Store?

It’s a custom-built e-commerce checkout portal for your clients to place orders. Easy online order processing, produced on demand, and can ship worldwide.

Is it really free to launch a Rupt store?

Yes! All you pay for is product + shipping for confirmed orders. There are no monthly hosting fees, no store setup fees, no product setup fees, no dropshipping fees, no dad joke fees, etc.

I already have a webstore, can I integrate with Rupt?

Yes, we integrate with many of the industry’s top platforms, such as Shopify, Prodigy Commerce, Brightstores, OMG, WooCommerce, and Liftoff, among others. Send us a message with what platform your current store is run on, and we’ll let you know if it’s an easy integration.

Are stores on demand? Or do I need to hold inventory?

Rupt is your on-demand partner. We scale from 1 unit to thousands, easily. There is no need to carry any inventory risk when working with an on-demand partner. We accommodate bulk orders placed in web stores, too.

What products can I list on a Rupt store?

Any of Rupt’s award-winning products, including Tech, Audio, Bags/Backpacks, Drinkware, and our newly launched Global Apparel. Since we also offer kit opportunities, we have just about every major category covered for your client’s webstore.

Are kits available for stores?

Kits are one of the most popular categories for webstores. Whether it’s new hire kits, executive gifts, or a great way to say thank you, pick from our 70+ kits or create your own.

What can be customized on the storefront?

Each store comes with a custom theme to match the client’s branding, a fully custom homepage banner, customized product pages with lifestyle images, a custom subdomain URL, and customized email templates.

Can I control the pricing on my Rupt store?

Product pricing can be set based on your desired margin on a product-by-product basis. Stores are pre-loaded with pricing on a (C).

How long does it take to build a Rupt Store?

Once we understand the store’s requirements and we have virtuals approved, stores can be built in as little as 5 business days for simple stores. More complex store set-ups can take 10-15 business days.

How does order entry and tracking work?

When an order is placed in the store, it is automatically routed to one of Rupt’s three production facilities. After the order is produced, tracking is pushed back automatically to the client’s email they used at checkout.

What is the production time for orders placed in a store?

Our standard production time is 5-10 business days for US domestic orders, and 10-15 days for international orders. Transit time is not included in these numbers.

What visibility do I have for orders in progress?

Know the order status at all times with visibility into the back end of the store. You can check how many orders have been placed, the order status, and tracking numbers, all in real time.

Do Rupt Stores accept credit cards?

You can set up your Rupt store to be credit card enabled at checkout, or as a “redemption store” where end-users can check out using a pre-made code.

Do you offer SSO (single-sign-on) options?

Yes, we do. Best for clients who want to ensure only people from the right company can view the site.

Can I personalize a product?

Yes, we can add a field for your clients to personalize their design on any product. Think “your name here”.

Can I ship products internationally through a Rupt store?

Yes, you can. View our 1-piece MOQ flat rate shipping rates here.

How does the accounting work for these stores?

Our most popular option is one consolidated monthly invoice. We provide an itemized invoice for orders placed over the previous month. Our customers can then cut a PO to match this monthly invoice, versus having to cut a PO for each order.

What do I do to get started?

Virtuals are a key ingredient to any webstore. Send us artwork/logos for your top client to get started. Then email sales@rupt.com so we can learn more about your webstore requirement.
