When Mike and I started Rupt, we had a pretty simple goal: make branded merchandise better.

We came from the promotional products industry, so we knew where the frustrations were. We wanted to make it easier to find great products, customize them, order them, and actually get them into customers’ hands without all the usual friction.

That meant introducing one-piece minimums, on-demand production, global fulfillment, and products that went beyond the traditional promotional product catalog.

But Rupt grew. Fast.

From Promotional Products to Something Bigger

Our product assortment grew. Our custom apparel capabilities grew. Our technology grew. And eventually, our original website just couldn’t keep up with everything we were building.

We were no longer just a promotional products company. We were helping brands create custom apparel, employee kits, company stores, event merchandise, and branded products that people actually want to use.

So instead of simply updating our website, we decided to rethink the entire experience.

That’s Rupt 2.0.

A New Way to Experience Custom Merchandise

The new Rupt website makes it easier to discover, customize, visualize, and order custom branded merchandise.

We wanted the website to reflect what Rupt has become and where we’re headed next. That means a cleaner experience, easier product discovery, and better tools for turning an idea into a finished product.

We Also Made Custom Cut & Sew More Accessible

Custom outerwear and hats no longer require large production runs. With our 1-piece minimum for cut & sew, you can bring fully custom designs to life without committing to a large volume order.

Whether you need a single sample, a small apparel run, or a fully customized production order, our cut & sew capabilities give you the flexibility to create exactly what you want, when you want it.

One piece. Fully custom. No massive minimums.

Customize Products in Real Time

One of the features I’m most excited about is our new product customizer.

Distributors can upload artwork, move it around, resize it, and see what the finished product could look like in real time. We’ve also added immersive 3D product views and AR capabilities on select products.

Instead of trying to explain what a product might look like, you can actually show your customer.

What Rupt 2.0 Is Really About

None of this is about technology for the sake of technology. It’s about removing friction.

We want to make it easier to find great products. Easier to customize them. Easier to show your customers what’s possible. And easier to get those ideas into production.

That’s what we’ve been trying to do since day one.

Make branded merchandise better.

Rupt 2.0 is the next step.

And honestly, I think it’s just the beginning.
